Learned Advocate Mr. Sanket S. Kulkarni, who already appears for respondent No.1, submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 6 as well.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have already been protected by way of ad-interim relief by the order dated 04.10.2021. Since the Regular Civil Appeal is already pending before the appellate court and the petitioners were merely seeking to challenge the interlocutory order, the same arrangement as is mentioned in the order dated 04.10.2021 can continue and the appeal may be directed to be expedited.

At the joint request of the learned Advocates for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of in following terms:

WP10987-2021.odt (i) The ad-interim relief granted by this Court by the order dated 04.10.2021 shall continue till the final decision in the Regular Civil Appeal pending on the file of the learned District Judge. (ii) The learned District Judge shall make every endeavour to decide the appeal finally as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four months.

(iii) The parties shall cooperate before the appellate court for expeditious disposal.
