Mr Girase, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that the termination order issued in favour of respondent - employee on 20th March, 2010 will be withdrawn and the petitioner be granted liberty to initiate fresh disciplinary proceedings.

Writ Petition stands disposed of in view of withdrawal of termination order, with liberty as prayed for.

The benefits, to which the respondent - employee will be entitled in view of withdrawal of termination order, be paid to the employee within a period of ten weeks from today.
