The learned Advocate for the applicant vehemently submits that the amount that has been deposited before the Lower Court at Ambejogai by the Acquiring Body, be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt with a Nationalized Bank. The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1A also submits that the amount should be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipt.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the amount of Rs.7,18,172/- shall be invested khs/AUGUST 2019/9230

- 2 - by the Registry of this Court in the Nationalized Bank for the initial period of 2 years and shall be renewable on the same terms and conditions until WP No.1359/2007 is decided.
