Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this Court had allowed Civil Application No. 3544 of 2021 and thereby allowed the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. He further pointed out that one of the claimants, i.e. present applicant no. 2/C, namely, Yogesh Dinkar Patil is abroad and

P1-CA-7854-2025 -2therefore, his undertaking is also required as like others. He suggests that such claimant, who is abroad, be allowed to appear for verification through video conferencing.

Learned APP has no objection.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Registrar (Judicial) to undertake the exercise of verification through video conference. The undertaking is permitted to be communicated through e-mail. The application is accordingly disposed off.
