Heard Mr.Gawali, learned counsel for the applicant.

2] The arguments would show that this Court has set aside the finding of appellate court in favour of the original landlord without there being any civil revision application filed by them.

2 23-ra4-16.odt 3] Upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant, it is however clear that certain findings were recorded by the learned Principal District Judge which were modified by this Court. However, ultimately the decree passed by the trial Court was upheld.

4] In the circumstances, no error apparent on the face of the record is found.

5] Present application for review is, therefore, rejected.
