We have considered the reply filed by respondent No.4 and we have perused the documents placed before us at annexure 'R-1'. It is indicated that the respondents had indeed celebrated the birth anniversary of Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on 14/04/2014.

This petition has been filed for making a grievance that there was no celebration of Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti on 14/04/2014.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the birth anniversary of Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has been celebrated each year. 4.
