Learned A.G.P on instructions states that as a matter of fact, petitioner had been heard earlier, however, due to intervening lock down period re-hearing would have to take place. She further states that the decision of the tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided by the caste scrutiny committee within a period of four months by granting proper opportunity to the petitioner.
