1. We have heard Mr.Gadhe, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Adjournment is sought on behalf of respondent No.3 on the ground that Mr. Malte, the learned counsel is not in position to attend the Court. 2.

It appears that there is no post of Safai Kamgar available with the respondent University, as per the communication at page 68. Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners will apply as per Government Resolution dated 21st October, 2011 to the University. The University be directed to consider the same.

In case the petitioners apply to the University taking aid of Government Resolution dated 21st October, 1/2

54.odt 2011, then the University shall take decision on the application/representation made by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with the Rules and Policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the application/ representation.
