By way present application, the applicant is seeking prearrest bail, who is booked in the offence punishable under Section 452 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Police Station, Umri, Taluka Umri, District Nanded vide Crime No. 59/2015, on the ground of house trespass and sexual harassment. 2.

Perused the contents of F.I.R. The offence under Section 354-A of the Indian Penal Code is punishable for imprisonment of one year and fine, whereas offence under Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code is punishable for imprisonment of seven years. Though

4461.15crapln -2there appears to be some evidence against the present applicant for commission of offence, however, looking to the punishment provided for the alleged offences, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant on bail. As such, the following order. 3.

In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 59 of 2015 registered with Police Statin, Umri, Taluka Umri, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 452 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant shall keep himself away from the concerned police station till filing of the charge sheet. He shall attend the another police station initially for four days between 10-00 a.m. to 11-00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called. The applicant shall furnish address and contact number to the concerned police station. 4.
