The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail, in connection with C.R. No.I-14 of 2015, registered with Shrigonda police station, for offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant has alleged that due to forced marriage of the daughter of accused persons, i.e. applicants herein, the applicants have threatened the complainant and her family members asking them to return the photographs and documents of marriage.

It is required to be noted that Bhausaheb @ Vijay, son of the complainant alleged to have married to the daughter of the applicants and the said marriage was registered, which has given rise to the allegations. 4.
Bhausaheb, who is working as a public servant in the Police Department, is already suspended from service.

The difference of opinion between the parties appears to be pertaining to the caste to which they belong. 6.
Perusal of the first information report prima facie depicts sweeping allegations of assault against the complainant. It is also required to be noted that there are complaints and counter complaints and the offence is also registered pursuant to the intervention by this Court against the complainant.

In view of above, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to confirm the interim protection ordered on 25th August, 2015, on the same terms and conditions, except for attendance of police station as and when called for by the Investigating Officer, and accordingly interim protection stands confirmed.
