The learned advocate for the applicants is apologetic for framing the prayer as "delay if any be condoned" and he submits that henceforth, he would calculate the delay even by

Both these Civil Applications have been filed by the applicants/ petitioners seeking condonation of delay of 13 days and for restoration of the Writ Petitions. For non removal of office objections, the Writ Petitions were dismissed in default. 3.
The learned AGPs oppose the applications.

We find that the delay of 13 days is quite minor and not deliberate. The applicants/ petitioners would achieve nothing by allowing their petitions to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

As such, both these Civil Applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Subject to removal of all office objections in the petitions on or before 13.10.2021, the Writ Petitions would stand restored. If the objections are not removed, this order shall stand recalled and the order dismissing the petitions would stand restored.
