Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has already been admitted. He further submits that by dispensing the print list the present appeal for final hearing at an early date. 3.

The matter pertains to compensation under the Motor vehicles Act. Considering the submissions and reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". List the appeal for final hearing on merit on 23-01-2018. 4.
