The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for validation of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe certificate.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in the wake of the fact that the petitioner is aspiring to secure admission for B.Sc. Nursing, merit list is to be published on 12 August 2024 and soon thereafter, according to program he will have documents. 4.

Learned Advocate further submits that there are number of validities in the family. The petitioner has also filed

reply to the vigilance report and the Committee may be directed to decide the proposal immediately.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has filed reply to the vigilance report. However, simultaneously the petitioner has also filed certain documents on 24 July 2024. He would submit that the Committee would need time to verify these documents and if necessary may have to resort to further vigilance enquiry which will take sometime. 6.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that though the petitioner has filed certain documents on that day, it is a reply to the vigilance report and few orders passed by this Court directing certificates of validity to be issued to the family members. He would, again, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would be relying upon only the order of this Court and reply filed to the vigilance report and not any another document submitted on 24 July 2024.

In the light of above, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Committee to expedite the petitioner's proposal and decide it as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 16

August 2024. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. 09 August 2024.
