The direction in the order dated 07/12/2021 of this court was given to the Atiyat Court to decide the proceeding fled by the instant petitioner bearing No.2016/Innam/Virasat/CR/147 within the period of three months from the date of receipt of that order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order was received by respondent No.4 in the frst week of January and therefore, she was under obligation to decide the aforesaid proceeding till 1st week of April, 2022. However, the learned AGP produced on record the judgment dated 14/12/2022 in the aforesaid proceeding and submitted that the respondent No.4 has decided the proceeding belatedly. He also offered unconditional apology on behalf of respondent no.4, who is also present before the court today. Therefore, on such apology the contempt petition stands disposed of since the purpose is already served. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
