1] Learned AGP submits that he has received instructions from the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Ahmedpur that after filing of the present petition, measurement has been done on 27.10.2015. Thereafter, boundaries are fixed on 23.11.2015 and copy of the measurement map is given to the petitioner.

2] In view of the said statement, the grievance made in the present petition does not survive. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the measurement being done, parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs..
