It is pointed out that the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, has already issued direction in respect of measurement of disputed property, however, said direction has not been complied with.

In this view of the matter, petition stands disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.6 to comply with the direction issued by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad and measure the disputed property in consonance with the said direction, as expeditiously as possible.

With the direction as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
