The learned Counsel submits that the Joint Director of Higher Education is empowered to decide about the additional workload. The proposal to that effect is pending with the Joint Director of Higher Education (Page 25). It is not yet decided. 2.

In case the proposal of the petitioners for additional workload is pending with respondent No. 2, and if the respondent No. 2 is authorized to decide it, then the same shall be decided by respondent No. 2, preferably within a period of six weeks. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
