The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications for renewal for their registration / license with the respondent, but the same are not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. appears for the respondents.

In case the applications are filed by the petitioners for renewal of their license and if the same are pending before the Authority, then the Authority shall take decision on it's own merits and in accordance with law and procedure, preferably within a period of three (03) months. 4.

Till the decision is taken by the Authority on the applications of the petitioners for renewal of their license, the respondents shall not take any steps with regard to the inmates. Till then, the status-quo be maintained as on today, with regard to the inmates present with the

3 wp 10397.2021+ petitioners. However, no new inmates be allowed to the petitioners till the applications are decided. 5.

This protection is available to the petitioners till the applications are decided. Parties shall be governed by the orders that will be passed by the Authority on the applications of the petitioners for renewal of their license. 6.

Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
