Seen the reliefs claimed.

This Court holds that the purpose of present proceeding will be served if direction is given to learned J.M.F.C., Mudkhed to take decision on the proceeding Misc. Criminal Application 03 of 2020. In that proceeding the petitioner has prayed for giving direction to police to make investigation u/S 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. 4.

Present proceeding is filed on 01-12-2020, so it can be said that the Magistrate ought to have taken decision on the aforesaid application dated 09-08-2019.

So, this Court is hereby directing the learned J.M.F.C.,

With these observations, application is allowed. 7.

Authenticated copy allowed to both.
