Mr Milind Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in writ petition No. 650/2018 seeks leave to place on record withdrawal pursis. Leave granted.

The withdrawal pursis is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Mr Vishnu Dhoble, learned counsel submits that he has taken 'no objection' from Mr A.M. Gholap, learned counsel, who is earlier appearing in revision application/earlier matters and writ petition for wife. Leave granted.

V.P. filed by Mr Vishnu Dhoble, learned counsel appearing for wife is taken on record.

Mr Milind Joshi and Mr Vishnu Dhoble, learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. They have submitted terms of compromise before the Division Bench in family Court Appeal No. 49/2021. In view of that development, both the parties intend to withdraw their writ petition and applications, in terms of compromise.

Both the parties do not want to proceed with their respective petitions/applications. They seek unconditional withdrawal of all these matters.

Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for both the sides, writ petition No. 650/2018, Criminal Application Nos. 3166/2019, 2252/2018, 3477/2019 and Revision Criminal Application No. 158/2019 are hereby disposed of as withdrawn. 8.

No order as to costs.
