The learned AGP submits that against the impugned order revision before the State is maintainable.

Considering the submissions made, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file revision before the appropriate forum with a prayer for excluding the period spent in prosecution the present writ petition in computing the period of limitation.

If the petitioner files revision before the appropriate authority within four weeks, the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be excluded while calculating the period of limitation under section 14 of the Limitation Act for filing revision.
