The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Wakf Board has taken instructions in the light of the Scheme known as "Dargah Hazrath Burhanuddin Auliya Garib (R.H.)" and "Dargah Hazrath Muntajibuddin Zar Zari Zar Baqsh Dulha (R.H.)" at Khuldabad, District Aurangabad, specifically clause 5.4 and 5.8 under Chapter 5 - Managing Committee and submits that the election process would be completed within a period of 90 days.

Insofar as, Civil Application No.4032 of 2021 is concerned, we have heard the parties and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant shall be added as respondent No.3 forthwith. Learned advocate Ms. Nidhi Loya waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.3.

As such, respondent No.3, who is supposed to submit the proposal for holding the elections, shall submit the necessary papers, on or before 15.03.2022 to respondent No.2. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording the statement that respondent No.2 would conduct the elections as per the scheme and would complete the election process, on or before 31.05.2022.
