The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal was moved for grant-inaid for 5th to 7th Standard run by the petitioner school. On 16.01.2016 the Commissioner of Education recommended and forwarded the proposal to the State Government, however as yet no decision has been taken upon it.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case the proposal for grant-in-aid is pending with respondent no. 1 (Page No. 32 and 34), then respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six (06) months.
