The applicants pray that Second Appeal No.188/2010 be heard finally at an early stage.

Since the second appeals from 1991 onwards and some of the second appeals which have been filed in the year 1988 and 89 are pending final hearing and are being taken up on every Thursday, this application cannot be entertained at this stage.
