Heard Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for petitioner. Mr. Aghav, learned counsel for respondent Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the petitioner is rejected by the Education Officer on 15th September, 2021. The learned counsel submits that as per the Government Resolution dated 28th May, 2019, the decision has to be taken by the Committee. The petitioner may approach the Committee as may be permissible under law.

In case, the petitioner approaches the Committee and the Committee is competent to decide it, then the Committee may take
