By filing afÏdavit-in-reply respondent No.2 has pointed out that the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.577/2023 is paid 78.41% amount of the arrears, whereas petitioner in Contempt Petition No.578/2023 is paid 72.86% amount and petitioner in Contempt Petition No.579/2023 is paid 77.24% amount. 2 915-CP-578-23.odt submits that since the corporation has agreed to pay 7th Pay Commission benefits to it's employees, there is paucity of funds. However, the corporation will pay the arrears of petitioners within one year from today.
