Present application has been filed for Stay of the execution of Judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.73 of 2009 by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Parbhani, dated 03-08-2012 and Judgment and decree dated 23-07-2018 by learned Principal District Judge, Parbhani, in Regular Civil Appeal No.136 of 2014, however, it has been objected by the respondents No.1 to 4 by filing reply. 2.

However, it is to be noted that the suit filed by the present appellants/appellants for declaration and injunction has been dismissed and the first appeal filed by them is also dismissed. Therefore, there is no question of any execution of a decree and, therefore, application for Stay was misconceived, it stands disposed of. (SMT.
