The record would show that criminal application No. 4449/2014 was already disposed of at the time of passing of order dated 14.11.2014. In fact, criminal application No. 4450/2014 was heard. Therefore, correction in the title clause be made accordingly as Criminal Application No. 4450/2014 and in the order dated 14.11.2014, prayer clause (B) of criminal application No. 4450/2014 be substituted which runs as under.

criapln4471-2015 "(B) The applicants may kindly be permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (25000/- each) paid by the applicants dtd. 10.04.2014 as cash surety before the Ld. Sessions Court, Ahmednagar in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court in Criminal Application No. 1685/2014 and 1686/2014 while granting the adinterim regular bail." 3.

The present application accordingly stands disposed of.
