This is an application by the petitioners, who are the original plaintiffs, seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent Nos.3 and 13. A composite prayer is made for condoning the delay as well.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned and the legal representatives of respondent Nos.3 and 13 are allowed to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out within a week.
