PER COURT :- By order dated 21.8.2018, simple notice was issued to respondent No.3. In response to the said notice, respondent No.3 Devidas Pandit Mahajan has filed affidavit in reply. It is stated in the affidavit in reply that respondent has complied with the directions issued by this Court.

Today, learned AGP placed on record copy of the decision dated 1.9.2018. By the said order, period from 15.9.2016 to 20.1.2017 is treated as a duty period and the Head Mistress V.N. Nyati Girls High School, Kandari, Tq. Bhusaval, Dist. Jalgaon is directed to pay salary for that period to the petitioner.

As the order of this Court is duly complied with, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives.
