Heard both the sides. The petitioner for the time being only presses the prayer clause (C) which reads as under: C. It is a matter of date of approval to be accorded to the appointment of the petitioner as an assistant teacher. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has been relying upon the decision of this Court in the matter of Suryakant Janardan Muge Vs. State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No.1493/2018 with connected Writ Petitions on 04.07.2019 and particularly paragraph No.23. She has also submitted 1/2

In the light of the dispute being raised and the decision of this Court we feel it appropriate to direct the Education Officer to take some decision on petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2021. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take decision on the petitioner' s representation within a period of 6 weeks.
