The Petitioner submits that he is working as a Secretary with the Vividh Karyakari Seva Society, Sukali, Taluka Dharur. He submits that his nature of duties are that of a Clerk. In Mhaske Raosahab Dadarao and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, 2018 (2) All M.R. 656, this Court has concluded that a service dispute between the society and its employees, is not covered by Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. So also, Respondent No.6 employer is not a State under Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would approach either the Industrial Court or the Civil Court for the redressal of his grievance against the society. 3.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
