By the present application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of Writ Petition No. 2662 of 2015, which came to be dismissed due to non-payment of Bhatta within stipulated period, as per order dated 1st April 2015.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes that he shall pay Bhatta and remove all office objections within one week from today.

In the light of undertaking given by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the Application is allowed. Writ Petition No. 2662 of 2015 is restored to its original file. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
