A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT:

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in all these applications, are seeking withdrawal of the entire deposited amount of compensation i.e. 75% of the total compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body as directed by this court, alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the applicants placed on record copy of order dated 12/07/2024 whereby this court in other connected matters, has granted 75% of the entire compensation alongwith the proportionate
3 934 ca 1796-25 interest to the applicants therein. As such, the applicants in all these applications are permitted to withdraw all their respective deposited amounts alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.
The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :
