We have heard learned AGPs.

It appears that applications for rental compensation are filed before the respondent No.3. The petitioners may file the applications seeking rental compensation with respondent No.4. On receipt of the applications for rental compensation, the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the applications. 5.
Writ petitions accordingly disposed of. No costs.
