The Petitioner Union has filed this Civil Application for seeking deletion of the names of 11 employees represented by the Union, from the pending petition.

It is stated that these 11 employees are mentioned at page 33 of the Civil Application. Since their grievances have been redressed in view of the Government Resolution dated 10.05.2018 at page 5 of the Civil Application, the Petitioner Union would not espouse their cause in the pending petitions.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B, which reads as under :-

*2* 905ca10615o18 "(B) Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to allow to withdraw Writ Petition to the extent of 11 employees, whose names are mentioned in the list annexed to the present Civil Application at Exhibit C-2."
