PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster is pending since June 2020 with Education Officer (Secondary), the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and submits that in case, proposal is pending, the Education Officer will decide it on its own merits.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster (Page No.17) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy,

(2) 939-wp-357-2021 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
