Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that for redressal of the grievance raised in the petition, the petitioner will approach the Secretary, School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra for review of the order dated 30th June, 2015. He submits within one week from today, the petitioner will file a comprehensive representation with the Secretary, School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.

9794.15wp Upon receipt of such representation, the concerned Secretary is directed to look into the factual aspect of the representation sent by the petitioner with earlier recommendation of the Director of Education and after hearing the petitioner, take decision thereon, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today.
