Heard the learned APP for the Applicant-State. 2.

Perused the order granting bail. The law regarding cancellation of bail is well settled in the cases of Puran, Shekhar and another Vs. Rambilas and others, AIR 2001 SC 2023 and Gurucharan Singh Vs. State (Delhi Administration), AIR 1978 SC 179.

3. The Court has examined the order passed by the learned Sessions Court. Nothing appears perverse and arbitrary in the impugned order. Besides this, there are no overwhelming circumstances to curtail the liberty granted to the respondents/ accused.

In the absence of any substantial or legal ground, the application would not be entertained.

Hence, application stands dismissed without notice to the respondents.
