The present civil application has been filed for bringing legal heirs of petitioner on record. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that petitioner has died on 24.05.2024 leaving behind applicants as his legal heirs. Applicants have placed on record death certificate of petitioner. 2.

Since there is no delay in filing the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.
