These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' and 'X-2' for the purpose of identification. 3.

The appeal is disposed off in terms of compromise terms (X1)and (X-2) . 4.

The appellant/Insurance Company has already deposited entire amount in this court and claimants have withdrawn 50% amount deposited by Insurance Company in this court. 5.

The respondent/s-claimant/s are entitled to withdraw remaining 50% amount alongwith interest accrued thereon.

The court fee refund certificate be issued pas per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
