Learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the judgment of the learned trial Court, the applicant will deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation, out of an amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, as ordered by the learned Magistrate, within a period of three (3) weeks from today.

Statement is accepted. The applicant was on bail during trial. As such, the sentence is suspended
