The appeal is filed by the insurance company on the ground of involvement of insured vehicle and so also on the ground of quantum of compensation granted by the Tribunal, and there is challenge tot he reason of death of the deceased.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respective parties.

As per order of this Court, 50% amount of compensation as directed by the Tribunal is deposited in this Court. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.

In application filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 06/09/2022, is confirmed. Application filed for Stay stands disposed of. 5.
