The learned AGP placed on record a communication dated 28.08.2023 received by him from the Reader Police Inspector, Office of the Superintendent of Police Ahmednagar alongwith copy of the order dated 27.08.2023, passed by the District Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar. Both the documents are taken on record and collectively marked as "X" for identification.

The Petitioner makes a statement that requisite fees for police protection have already been deposited prior to the impugned order. 3.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and the Petition has been worked out. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
