1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 8 days caused in filing application for setting aside order made by learned Registrar (Judicial) by which registration is refused and for setting aside the order of abatement. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of refusal of registration made by the

Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove office objections prior to 1st October 2015. If the objections are not removed the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to Court.
