Having regard to that this is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 13 on record, there does not appear to be any serious objection to bring them on record. 3.

As such, application is granted in terms of prayer clause (D). 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that as far as prayer clauses (B) and (C) are concerned, those are already satisfied.
