In the order dated 12th July, 2021, we recorded the statement of the learned A.P.P. on instructions in writing from the Investigating Officer that during the pendency of the criminal writ petition, the Investigating Officer has submitted "C Summary Report" before the concerned court on 06.06.2021. Even in para No. 4, we have observed that - " In case, if the "C Summary is filed before the trial court, pendency of this writ petition would be no bar for the learned Judge of the trial court to consider and accept the "C Summary Report."

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has no objection about the "C Summary Report" and even respondent No. 2 is not willing to file any protest application in respect of the said "C Summary Report" filed
2 46-CRI.WP-1596-2020 before the concerned court. The learned counsel on instructions submits that respondent No. 2 accepts the "C Summary Report". 3.
The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that even respondent No. 2 has filed his affidavit about the settlement arrived at between the parties in this criminal writ petition. In view of the above statement, this criminal writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
