Shri. S. S. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur dt. 30.03.2019, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist and he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Shri. Sabnis, learned counsel submits that, he has filed intervention application and Dr. Shivraj Vishwanathrao Karadkhele has already resigned and he has no right to file the present petition. 3.

Shri. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, Dr. Shivraj Vishwanathrao Karadkhele is very much President of the Institution.

As the petitioner is withdrawing the petition, we are not required to enter into the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the respective parties nor we are required to delve into the merits of the matter.

As liberty is sought to withdraw the petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that, we have not considered on merits the contentions of either of the parties.
