Learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions submits that, the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three lacs only) will be deposited before the learned appellate Court within eight weeks from today.

The said statement is accepted as an undertaking. 4.

If the amount as undertaken, is deposited, learned Sessions Judge, Beed, shall decide the appeal preferred by the respondent-wife afresh after giving opportunity to the present applicant. In case, the undertaking is not honoured, learned Sessions Judge, Beed shall treat the present order to be recalled and criminal revision application shall be treated as dismissed. The amount, as shall be deposited towards arrears of maintenance, is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent-wife. In case, the amount is deposited, the appeal be decided expeditiously. 5.

The criminal revision application stands disposed of in above terms.
