Notice. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Both the sides are heard.

2) The petition is filed only for relief of giving direction to the Special Land Acquisition Officer to decide the proceeding filed for rental compensation. It appears that the proceeding was filed on 24 April 2015.

The Special Land Acquisition Officer is hereby directed to decide the proceeding filed for rental compensation within four months from today. With these direction the writ petition is disposed of. Authenticated copy is allowed to both sides.
